We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, employment, salary, promotion, business, relationship, or other outcome as a result of participating in our services.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, salary increases, career advancements, or other results referenced on our website or marketing materials represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Your results may depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your participation, implementation, experience, circumstances, market conditions, employers, and decisions made by third parties.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement applicable to a particular service, all purchases and payments made to Ornella Studios are considered final.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. A client may submit a refund request for discretionary review.

Any refund, partial refund, credit, transfer, or other accommodation is considered on a case-by-case basis and remains subject to the discretion of Ornella Studios, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

Where a payment plan has been agreed upon, withdrawing from or discontinuing participation in a program does not automatically cancel amounts already due or future payment obligations under the applicable agreement.

Any specific written payment or refund terms provided for a particular program or agreement will also apply.

You have the right to discontinue your participation in a coaching program or service at any time.

We encourage clients who wish to withdraw to notify Ornella Studios in writing.

Choosing to withdraw from a program does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund or release a participant from payment obligations previously agreed to, subject to applicable law and the terms of any separate written agreement.

Ornella Studios treats information shared during private coaching sessions as confidential.

We will not ordinarily disclose information you share privately without your permission except where disclosure is required or permitted by law, necessary to protect our legal rights, or reasonably necessary in response to an immediate and serious safety concern.

Participants in group coaching, workshops, communities, or events may be asked to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants. However, Ornella Studios cannot control or guarantee the conduct of other participants.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and constructive environment.

Ornella Studios reserves the right to remove or discontinue services to a participant whose behaviour is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, significantly disruptive, or otherwise creates an unsafe or inappropriate environment.

Any financial consequences of such removal will be determined in accordance with these Terms, any applicable program agreement, and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, materials provided by Ornella Studios—including workbooks, frameworks, exercises, presentations, videos, recordings, templates, written materials, course content, graphics, and training resources—remain the intellectual property of Ornella Studios or the applicable rights holder.

Materials are provided for your personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, published, taught, commercially exploited, or shared with others without prior written permission.

Ornella Studios will obtain appropriate permission before intentionally using identifiable client testimonials, photographs, videos, recordings, or personal stories for public marketing purposes.

Participation in a coaching program does not automatically grant Ornella Studios permission to publicly disclose private coaching conversations.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

We reserve the right to update program descriptions, pricing, scheduling, availability, website content, and these Terms where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ornella Studios is not responsible for losses or damages resulting solely from decisions made by a participant based on coaching, educational information, resources, or recommendations provided through our services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Our website and programs may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, scheduling platforms, video-conferencing tools, social media platforms, or external websites.

Ornella Studios is not responsible for the independent policies, practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

Ornella Studios may update these Terms periodically.
